Return Eligibility
All returnable products must be unused, unaltered, and in brand-new resalable condition. Items must be returned with complete original packaging, attached tags, labels, and all original accessories. Returns with damaged, missing or altered original packaging will be declined. To apply for a return, you are required to provide your valid order number and proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order screenshot).
Non-Returnable Products
The following categories of goods are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange: Customized and personalized products Hygiene-related sensitive goods for health and safety reasons Clearance items and final discounted products Goods damaged by improper use, incorrect assembly, artificial modification or man-made damage caused by customers
Return & Exchange Application Process
Please submit your return or exchange application via our official support email within the 30-day valid return window after package receipt. Kindly attach your order number, clear product and packaging photos, as well as a specific return reason.
Our customer service team will review your application and issue official return authorization together with the designated return address.
Unauthorized returns without official approval are not acceptable and will not be processed. Please repack the items securely as required and send them to the assigned return address. After we receive and inspect your returned package, we will notify you of the inspection result and arrange your refund or exchange accordingly.
Return Shipping Cost Rules
Customer voluntary returns (change of mind / personal preference): All return shipping fees shall be borne by the customer. The original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.
Our liability returns (product defective, damaged upon arrival, wrong item delivery): miibeau (operated by Wuhan Yiyu Trading Co., Ltd.) will cover qualified return shipping fees. Valid photographic evidence of product defects, damage or delivery errors is mandatory for verification.
Refund Processing Period
Once your returned goods pass official inspection and your refund request is approved, funds will be refunded to your original payment account. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment platform to complete the refund settlement. Any processing delays caused by third-party payment institutions are beyond our jurisdiction.
Order Cancellation Rules
Full order cancellation and refund is available for unshipped and unprocessed orders. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted. You may apply for a return in compliance with this policy after receiving your package.
