Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Once your payment is confirmed successfully, orders will generally be processed within 1 to 3 business days. Business days do not include weekends and statutory public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your parcel is shipped out, the estimated delivery period is 7–12 business days. For international shipments, customs clearance procedures may trigger unforeseen delays, and such circumstances are outside our control.
Shipping Fee
Free Standard Shipping: Orders with a subtotal of $50.00 USD or more are eligible for complimentary standard shipping. Flat-rate Standard Shipping: A fixed shipping charge of $4.99 USD will be applied to all orders ranging from $0.00 to $49.99 USD.
Extra charges may be applied for overweight or oversize goods. All additional fees will be clearly shown on the checkout page before you complete payment. For cross-border parcels, import duties, customs taxes and any local clearance expenses shall be borne entirely by the recipient.
Shipping Origin & Fulfillment
We may arrange order fulfillment through our cooperating warehouses in Mainland China, Hong Kong, the United States or other regions, depending on stock status and delivery destination. The warehouse location will not affect product quality, pricing, nor your after-sales rights against Wuhan Yiyu Trading Co., Ltd. operating under the brand miibeau.
Order Tracking
Once your package departs the fulfillment warehouse, a tracking number will be delivered to your registered email address. You can check your delivery status online with the tracking number provided. Tracking access is available for all shipped orders.
Delayed, Lost or Undelivered Packages
When your shipment encounters delays, transit stagnation, lost status or failed delivery: Please check the latest tracking information of your package first. If the delivery problem persists, please reach out to our customer service team by email with your order number and tracking ID. Our support team will launch an investigation together with the logistics provider and offer available solutions such as re-delivery or refund after individual case evaluation. We shall not take responsibility for delivery losses resulting from inaccurate shipping address submitted by customers during checkout.
